Tax Payment Due Dates
In Oregon, our fiscal tax year runs from July 1st through June 30th with property taxes due on the following November 15th. Payment dates for 2011-12: November 15, 2011, February 15, 2012 and May 15, 2012.
You may choose to pay in three equal installments, there is no discount with this option and interest does not accrue if paid timely. If the due date falls on a weekend or a legal holiday, the due date is extended through the next business day.
- First 1/3 due on or before November 15th
- Second 1/3 due on or before February 15th
- Final 1/3 due on or before May 15th
If you prefer, you can pay in full by November 15th and receive a 3% discount
Or pay 2/3 by November 15th, receive a 2% discount and pay the final 1/3 by the following May 15th
