PUBLIC HEARING (The following item will be presented by County staff or other appropriate individuals. Persons wishing to speak shall be allowed to do so after registering on the sheet provided on the table outside of the board room prior to the beginning of the hearing. The Chair will call Citizens four people at a time, each person will give their name and address for the record. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes.)

Note: This item will be continued for Board discussion and final recommendation on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at the Boards regularly scheduled Business Meeting – no public comment will be taken at that meeting.
