II. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION (The Chair of the Board will call for statements from citizens regarding issues relating to County government. It is the intention that this portion of the agenda shall be limited to items of County business which are properly the object of Board consideration and may not be of a personal nature. Persons wishing to speak shall be allowed to do so after registering on the blue card provided on the table outside of the hearing room prior to the beginning of the hearing. 1. Approval of an Amendment to an Intergovernmental Revenue Agreement with the State of Oregon Acting By and Through its Oregon Commission on Children and Families for the Receipt of State Grant Funds for the 09-11 Biennium – Office for Children and Families

2. Approval of a Construction Agreement with Nomarco, Inc. for Building Improvements to the Gladstone Center for Children and Families Facility – Community Development

3. Approval of an Agreement Between Clackamas County and Clackamas Community Land Trust to use Neighborhood Stabilization Program Funds to Purchase and Rehabilitate a Foreclosed Home – Community Development

4. Approval of the 2010 Oregon Health Plan Provider Services Contract for Mental Health Organizations with the State of Oregon, Department of Human Services, Addictions and Mental Health Division for Mental Health Services to Residents of Clackamas, Hood River, Sherman, and Wasco Counties Enrolled in Oregon Health Plan Medicaid Demonstration Project and State Children’s Health Insurance Program – Community Health

5. Approval to Apply for a Renewal Grant through the Emergency Food and Shelter National Board Program for the Purpose of Providing Funds to Existing Local Emergency Shelter Programs in Clackamas County that Deliver Services to the Hungry and Homeless Population – Social Services
