  1. Introduction and Welcoming of the New Board Members – Commissioner John Ludlow, Chair, Commissioner Martha Schrader and Commissioner Tootie Smith

III. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION

  1. Brian Johnson, Gladstone – issues with WES – he is meeting with Commissioner Savas to discuss. Also code enforcement complaints, including a paint ball field and model airplane field. - Chair Ludlow asked that he put issues in writing.
  2. Kevin Johnson, Gladstone – spoke about waste at the Housing Authority.
  3. Les Poole, Gladstone – appreciates the dialog during citizen communication.
  4. Jim Knapp, Milwaukie – spoke about finance accountability – open dialog.
  5. Thelma Haggenmiller, Oak Grove – asked that work session information explaining the issues be outlined on the web site.
  6. Mack Woods, Canby – alleges misrepresentation of the public at the Planning Department.
