II. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION

  1. Les Poole, Gladstone – comments on the Easton Ridge project and Light Rail.
  2. Jo Haverkamp, Oregon City - should look into a nonprofit to manage the Housing Authority.
  3. Board Discussion

  4. Maryanna Moore, Gladstone – spoke about high speed rail.
  5. Commissioner Bernard and Savas will be involved in the high speed rail issue.

  6. Mack Woods, Canby – spoke about fraud and LCDC.

III. CONSENT AGENDA

Chair Ludlow asked the Clerk to read the consent agenda by title.

Commissioner Smith asked if we could remove item A.11 for further review.
