I. CALL TO ORDER

MOTION:

Commissioner Savas: I move we approve the order of the Business Meeting agenda.
Commissioner Smith: Second.

Chair Ludlow – The motion passes 3-0.

II. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION

  1. Yvonne Lazarus, Milwaukie – spoke against light rail.
  2. Les Poole, Gladstone – Kellogg creek, light rail, 3 creeks, Trolley Trail.
  3. William Corki, Milwaukie – can’t get into his driveway due to the light rail construction in Milwaukie.
  4. Richard Langdon, Portland – asking and answering questions at business meetings.
  5. Eugene Schoenheit, Milwaukie – is there a termination clause in the TriMet contract?
  6. Mack Woods, Canby – political corruption.
  7. Maryanna Moore, Gladstone – spoke against light rail.
  8. Steve Shoop, Tualatin – explore other options for the TriMet issue.

Chair Ludlow: I would like to make a motion to write a letter to TriMet encouraging them to scale back their project to Tacoma Street.

Commissioner Savas: I would like to make a motion to actually have the work session on Tuesday and to follow up with a review and public comment for next Thursday on this matter, on the letter.
