I. CALL TO ORDER

MOTION:

Commissioner Schrader: I move we approve the order of the agenda.

Chair Ludlow – The motion is approved 5-0.

II. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION

  1. Ann Bellamy, Oregon City – had questions regarding the ballot measures regarding the Trolley Trail.
  2. Dave Adams, Stafford area – concerned about the Board’s agenda regarding the future of the Stafford area and the Stafford Hamlet.
  3. Faith Leith, Oregon City – supports light rail – wants the Board to look to the future of the County.
  4. Les Poole, Gladstone – spoke regarding light rail and asked that the County keep the citizen informed about the upcoming Budget process.
  5. Maryanna Moore, Gladstone – asked for an update on the Housing Committee
  6. Mack Woods, Canby – spoke about his law suit – Woods vs. Hill.
  7. Cyndi Lewis Wolfrum, Milwaukie – spoke about notification to CPO’s on County issues – CPO’s needs better communication from jurisdictions.
  8. Libby Wentz, Gladstone – spoke against light rail and TriMet – the metro survey is one sided.

Board Discussion

The Board will recess as the Board of County Commissioners and convene as the Housing Authority Board for the next item.

III. HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSENT AGENDA

Chair Ludlow asked the Clerk to read the Housing Authority consent agenda by title – he then asked for a motion.

  1. Approval of the Housing Authority’s Fiscal Year 2013 Annul Plan
  2. MOTION:

    Commissioner Bernard: I move we approve the Housing Authority consent agenda.
    Commissioner Savas: Second.

    The Board will adjourn as the Housing Authority Board and re-convene as the Board of County Commissioners for the remainder of the meeting.

IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS

  1. Resolution No. _____ Authorizing Initiating of a Local Improvement District (LID) for Street and Storm Drainage Improvements to Forest Park Road (P3115, Leisure Lane (P3114), Mountain Terrace (P3113), and Woodview Lane (P3112)
  2. Dan Johnson, Clackamas County Engineering presented the staff report.
