Chair Ludlow announced today is Bring your Child to Work Day and the Board acknowledged the children in the audience.

II. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION

  1. Mack Woods, Canby – spoke about the 3-401 measure.
  2. Myron Martwick, Oak Grove – the decision of where the urban renewal money goes, should be decided by the voters.

  6. Les Poole, Gladstone – spoke about the Trolley Trail, light rail and reminded folks to vote.
  7. Tena Olsen, Oregon City – spoke in support of light rail – looking forward to it coming to Clackamas County.

III. PRESENTATION

  1. Presentation of the PreventNet System by Northwest Family Services
  2. Rod Cook, Children, Youth and Families presented the staff report. He introduced Rose Fuller, NW Family Services, Eric Johnston, Todos Juntos, Cindy Bankston, Jen Forsite, Gardner Middle School, Tracy Hoffman, Kracksberger School who spoke in support of the PreventNet Program.

    Commissioner Smith: I move we adopt Zoning and Development Ordinance 242 Amending Chapter 4 and Appendix B of the Clackamas County Comprehensives Plan, as Previously approved at the March 20, 2013 Public Hearing.
