  2. Chair Ludlow opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to speak, seeing none he closed the public hearing and asked for a motion.

    MOTION:

    Commissioner Savas: I move we approve the Board Order for Boundary Change No. CL 15-004 Annexation to Clackamas County Service District No. 1.
    Commissioner Schrader: Second.
    Clerk calls the poll.
    Commissioner Bernard: Aye.
    Commissioner Smith: Aye.
