Commissioner Charlotte Lehan

Charlotte Lehan was elected to the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners in November 2008. She was appointed Chair in March 2011. She previously served as mayor of Wilsonville for 12 years, was a member of city council and has served on numerous local and regional committees and task forces.

Chair Lehan is a historian and enjoys learning and reading about the unique history of Oregon and Clackamas County. Her family has called Clackamas County home since the Zumwalts and Grahams crossed the Oregon Trail in the 1850s.

Charlotte has served as a representative of the Small Cities of Clackamas County at the Metro Policy Advisory Committee and the Urban/Rural reserves steering committee. She has been part of the Joint Policy Advisory Committee on Transportation delegation to Washington D.C. for the past five years.

She is deeply committed to public service and to the local community and is proud to represent the people of Clackamas County.

• Promoting an innovative Agricultural Investment Plan focused on expanding economic growth by promoting emergent local markets.
