  • Managed TriMet's Elderly and Disabled Land Use Research Project
  • Representing TriMet on the Damascus Concept Plan
  • Managed TriMet's South Corridor Project New Start Submittal for P.E.
  • Coordinated SMART's (Wilsonville, OR transit agency) effort to enter data into the National Transit Database in order to be eligible for Federal Urban Transit Monies
  • Created the transportation element of the Sustainable Fairview; a mixed use transit oriented sustainable development- proposal in Salem, Oregon
  • Transit sub-consultant to Fregonese Calthorpe Associates for Envision Central Texas, Austin Texas, a regional transportation/land use scenario modeling (January- April 2003).

TriMet, Strategic Planning Manager June 2000- July 2002

  • Project coordinator for the Transit Investment Plan; the first 5-year plan - that emphasizes both service and capital projects as well as project coordination with local jurisdictions, Metro and ODOT.
  • Representative on short and long-term transit & land use processes and projects with local jurisdictions. Examples include City of Portland North Macadam Development, OHSU Master Plan, local TSP participation and review, and Pleasant Valley Master Planning.
  • Managed the application of MTIP, flexible federal funds.
  • Served as the TriMet representative on the Transportation Policy Alternatives Committee and Metro Technical Advisory Committee.

  • Served as a citizen member of Metro-Transportation Policy Alternatives Committee
  • Lobbyist for the 1999 Legislative Session
  • Advocated for state administrative rule-making for project development and selection.
  • Aided citizens in working with local jurisdictions on multi-modal transportation solutions.
  • Represented 1000 Friend's interests on the State Access Management Advisory Committee, the 1999 Portland Airport Task Force, and the Willamette Valley Livability TCSP grant.
