Strategic Plan

The Clackamas County Board of Commissioners is working to adopt a new strategic plan. The new plan will focus on accountability, outcomes and measurable results for County residents, taxpayers and businesses. We hope that this process will make the County a more efficient, transparent and effective organization.

We have contracted with Managing Results, LLC to assist in the Board’s process. To help the Board decide what issues are most important, we are asking the following question:

What are the most important issues the residents of Clackamas County and County government will face over the next 2–5 years?

The answers to this question will help the Board of Commissioners to adopt some measurable strategic goals to address some of these important issues.
