Land Building acquisition or construction, equipment, or working capital

ELIGIBILITY:
Clackamas County outside the metro urban growth boundary

AMOUNTS:
$150,000 maximum; up to 50% of project cost

JOB CREATION:
1 for each $25,000

RATES:
Minimum 5% (Rate determined by Loan Committee)

TERMS:
Up to 20 years

FEES:
1.5%
