    1. File ZDO-254 Marijuana Land Use – Planning Commission Hearing in October. Check Marijuana-Related Land Use for additional and updated information. Written comments may be submitted by email to ZoningInfo@clackamas.us or by mail or drop-off to the Planning and Zoning Division, 150 Beavercreek Road, Oregon City. Norm Andreen, Planning Commissioner, to provide an update.
    2. File Z0396-15, Terry Rinkes, 21640 S Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, zoned Farm Forest 10 acres (FF10), 11.52 acres, requesting a renewal of a level 3 home occupation permit for an excavation business (home office is used for billing and bookkeeping) and to store excess material and load and unload them for installation off site

    1. File Z0367-15, Ava Dieringer, 18273 S Holly Lane, Oregon City, zoned RRFF-5 (rural residential, farm forest 5 acres), 1.81 acres. Requesting a renewal of a level 3 home occupation permit for an in home hair salon. Approved subject to conditions.
    2. File Z0343-15 Marvin & Bonnie Indermuhle, 22560 S Beavercreek Road, Beavercreek, zoned exclusive farm use (EFU), 10 acres, request to use an existing manufactured home as a temporary residence for the property owner’s family so they can provide care & assistance to the property owners. Approved subject to conditions.
    3. File Z0391-15-SSR Lamont & Lisa Heimbigner, 14248 SW Canyon Ridge Drive, Oregon City, zoned Timber (TBR), 7.47 acres, request to build a residence on an identified landslide hazard area & with slopes in excess of 20%. Approved subject to conditions.

File: Z0175-14-C Amber Tudor, 16777 S Henrici Road, Oregon City, zoned RRFF-5 (rural residential, farm forest 5 acres), 4.89 acres, conditional use permit to establish an agricultural riding arena and horse boarding facility in the RRFF-5 zoning District. Hearings Officer approved with conditions & time lines. Appealed to LUBA who supported the County. Code Enforcement’s September 3, 2015 letter. Currently in Mike McCallister’s, Director of Planning, hands.
