    1. Z0113-17, Verla Eells, 20379 S Ferguson Road, Oregon City, zoned RRFF5, 2.40 acres, requesting to divide property into 3 parcels, one of .5 ac. With existing home & 2 of .71 ac. Each for new home sites. Request pursuant to State-approval of a Ballot Measure 49 claim.
    2. Z0555-16-C, Kevin & Angela Wacker, 21353 S Levi Road, Beavercreek, zoned RRFF5, 18.62 acres, requesting a conditional use permit for approval of an equine facility within the RRFF5 zone. The equine facility operations will include the following: approx. 2 equine shows per year with up to 30 participants, assisting with the 4-H & OHSET programs, summer camps for approx. 12 youth about 3 weeks per year, riding lessons & horse boarding. Hearing before the land use Hearings Officer on April 6, 2017..

    2. Urban & rural reserves – Clackamas County & Metro working together to resolve questions, finalize reserves & move forward.
    3. Z0030-17-D, Beavercreek Business Park, zoning rural commercial, design review for 2 rural commercial buildings, 4,000 square feet each & and all required site work. Approved subject to conditions.
    4. Z0024-17, Bradley White, 22333 S Big Cedar Lane, Beavercreek, zoned RRFF5, 5 acres, requesting a renewal of a level 3 home occupation permit to continue operation of a machine shop. Requested extension for input. Letter from neighbor received. Approved.
    5. Z0490-13-CP & Z0491-13-ZAP, applicant Bruce Goldson, Theta LLC, owner Doris M Hickman Trustee (Hal’s Construction), 20646 & 20666 S Hwy 213, Oregon City, zoning RRFF5, 8.15 acres, response to LUBA remand postponed to December 14. Findings were adopted March 16, 2017.
