Z0310-17, Blake Spotten, 30471 S Hwy 213, Molalla, zoned EFU5, 27.26 acres, requesting the Planning Director to interpret the preparation & sale of hay grown on the subject property & bringing in & storing & selling hay from other properties to be an outright permitted farm use under Section 401 – Exclusive Farm Use of the Zoning & Development Ordinance. This determination will be applicable in all EFU zones.
    2. ZDO-267, Public hearings scheduled on Transitional Shelter Communities in the Light Industrial & General Industrial Urban Zones. Proposed Amendments to the Clackamas County Comprehensive Plan & Zoning & Development Ordinance. Planning Commission 7/10/17. BCC 8/2/17.
    3. Z0229-17, Cindy Dutton, 16363 S Moore Road, Oregon City, zoned RRFF5, 5.24 acres, requesting a new level 2 home occupation for laminate and engineered hardwood flooring sales (internet sales). Corrected 6/15/17 to level 3 home occupation.

    1. Z0113-17, Verla Eells, 20379 S Ferguson Road, Oregon City, zoned RRFF5, 2.40 acres, requesting to divide property into 3 parcels, one of .5 ac. With existing home & 2 of .71 ac. Each for new home sites. Request pursuant to State-approval of a Ballot Measure 49 claim. Approved subject to conditions.
    2. Z0133-17, SM Group LLC, 20000 S Driftwood Drive, Oregon City, zoned RRFF5, 4.21 acres, requesting a variance to reduce the minimum separation requirement between a dwelling & a guest house from 100 feet to 300 feet. Denied.
