The BLM and Forest Service Resource Advisory Committees and Clackamas County fund the Dump Stoppers Program. The Program is a partnership with other forestland owners that manage property within or upstream from Forest Service and BLM lands. Additionally the partners and supporters donate in-kind services, share information and work side by side in the fight to stop illegal dumping.
