If you plan on entering the Photography Division, the Oregon Blue Book is holding their annual photography contest. The chosen winner will have their photograph on the cover of the 2013-2014 Oregon Blue Book. Entry deadline is October 4, 2012. For full rules and an entry form visit the Oregon Blue Book website.
