H3S is organized into eight separate divisions, as well as an administration office. Each Division offers a suite of services for people in need throughout Clackamas County, and cooperates on many initiatives.

Behavioral Health Clackamas County offers one of the most comprehensive Behavioral Health programs in the state of Oregon. We provide high quality mental health and addictions services delivered by a skilled staff of trained professionals.

Children, Youth, and Families The Children, Youth, and Families Division is Clackamas County’s local branch of the Oregon State Commission on Children and Families. The Division works to promote wellness for children and families in Clackamas.

Community Solutions for Clackamas County Community Solutions provides employment and workforce development services for individuals with barriers Clackamas County. It also oversees weatherization programs for low-income homeowners and renters.
