Team Clackamas

Team Clackamas Purpose

Where Veteran/Military Service Providers and others meet once per quarter to share resources and information about services, benefits and programs for the purpose of creating and maintaining a system of care for our Veteran and military families in Clackamas, Washington and Multnomah Counties.

Team Clackamas meets quarterly, 2011 dates are as follows: 

• November 14th, 2011 from 1-3 p.m
• February 13th, 2012 from 1-3 p.m
• May 14th, 2012 from 1-3 p.m
• August 13th, 2012 from 1-3 p.m
• November 12th, 2012 from 1-3 p.m
