The goal of redeveloping Clackamas Heights Redevelopment is to transform the 16-acre, 100-home public housing community—originally built in the early 1940s—into a vibrant, mixed-income community with up to 250 new homes, green spaces, and community amenities.
The Housing Authority of Clackamas County hopes to work with residents and community members in the planning and design process to envision the future of Clackamas Heights.

- Fall 2024: Expected approval from HUD
- Early 2025: Estimated start of tenant relocation
- Winter 2025-26: Estimated start of construction
