Easton Ridge

The Housing Authority of Clackamas County is working to rehabilitate the Easton Ridge property, a multifamily affordable property with 264 units. Included in the scope of work is replacement of the building envelope (siding), windows, upgrades to ventilation, and landscaping improvements. Financing for the Easton Ridge rehabilitation has been secured. The rehab began in March 2013 and will continue for 14 months. As part of the scope of work, contractors have agreed to hire 10 low income residents of Clackamas County housing programs.
