Petfinder.com and our data system require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we have to guess the predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each dog based on personality, not by breed label.

Color: black/gray
Size: large (60lbs to 100lbs)
Shelter Name: Oscar
Shelter ID: 41921
Description: "I wish I were an Oscar..." Wait! I am an Oscar, just not the famous kind! I am the Oscar that is from working stock, the one who loves the outdoors and exercise. I may be a bit older, but I have plenty of pep. I have been taught leash skills, "come", "sit", and maybe more. A family with older children would be great - I might bowl over little ones with my enthusiasm. I hope you'll come by for a visit and you will agree that I am the best Oscar ever.
