Brian Imdieke has worked for Clackamas County Community Corrections for almost 14 years. During this time Brian worked his way from a Community Corrections Officer to a Parole/Probation Officer and eventually to a Community Corrections Supervisor.
Brian is a graduate of the 2013 Clackamas County Leadership Academy. While attending the Leadership Academy, Brian worked on a Workforce Development Project which focused on providing opportunities for Clackamas County employees to further their professional development.
As a Supervisor, Brian enjoys assisting staff develop new job skills and proficiency. He is collaborative in his approach to his job and is skilled at providing employee performance feedback. Brian has a strongly developed sense of humor which he brings to the work place.
Brian is a dedicated employee who understands the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between work and his personal life. Brian is married and the father of two children. He prioritizes time with his family.
