Kathleen Rastetter (Kathi) has been with Clackamas County since 2003 as an Assistant County Counsel. Before coming to Clackamas County she was a partner at a Portland law firm where she practiced tort, appellate and employment law. At the county she does trial and appellate work, as well as tax, labor and employment, and contract matters (and anything else her boss gives her).
Kathi is the President of Oregon Women Lawyers, a statewide bar association, and is past President of the Oregon Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. She has served as Board Chair of numerous legal and charitable organizations, such as JOIN and Dress for Success.
She is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law and Purdue University. In her spare time she likes to read, cook, run, hike, camp and ski.
