Why I am interest in serving as an advisor:

I participated in the 2011-12 Leadership Academy and would like to continue to be involved by being an advisor. The academy pushed me beyond my comfort zone often. I found the experience challenging and rewarding at the same time. I would like the opportunity to share what I learned, continue growing and to provide support to a new participant.

My strengths in leadership are:

I am very organized, energetic, and intuitive. I place a high value on customer service, professionalism and have a strong work ethic. I lead by example, creating a ripple effect. I have the ability to see the big picture. I encourage continual process improvement. I have the ability to approach difficult situations and turn them into positive outcomes. If you want someone to listen to you, you has to start by listening to them. As a lot of questions.
