Community Rooms

Information about library community rooms.

Sunnyside Community Room

The Sunnyside Library has a meeting room that groups can reserve. There is no charge for the room. It can be reserved up to 90 days in advance.

A signed copy of the registration form must be on file before a reservation can be made. See the registration form for the community room use policy.

The room has 8 tables and 75 chairs. It also has a large whiteboard and a projection screen. There is Wi-Fi available in the room. Groups using the room must supply their own electronic equipment such as computers, projectors, etc.

Note that the room is only available to reserve during the library's open hours:

  • Monday: 10 am - 6 pm
  • Tuesday - Thursday: Noon - 8 pm
  • Friday - Saturday: 10 am - 6 pm
  • Sunday: Noon - 6 pm

Oak Lodge Community Room

The Oak Lodge Library has a meeting room that groups can reserve. There is no charge for the room. It can be reserved up to 90 days in advance.

The room has 4 tables and 22 chairs. It also has a whiteboard and a projection screen. There is Wi-Fi available in the room. Groups using the room must supply their own electronic equipment such as computers, projectors, etc.
