North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District serves about 100,000 citizens in the 35 square miles of North Clackamas County. Its borders range from the Willamette River on the west, Clackamas River on the south, the eastern Happy Valley boundary and the Multnomah County border on the north. Along with about 50 parks, NCPRD offers services from the Milwaukie Center, North Clackamas Aquatic Park and from the recreation program to people of all ages. NCPRD is a service district within Clackamas County government.
