Question: Upon preparing the narrative section G of the RFA I noticed that the performance indicator addressing families being engaged in service for 12 months or longer is listed under critical element #4, but is listed under #3 in the HS policy and procedure manual. For the RFA narrative would you like to see our response to the 12 month retention performance indicator addressed under critical element #4 or critical element #3? 

Answer: The response to families being engaged in service for 12 months should be answered under the critical element number that corresponds to the RFA, critical element #4.
