New Employee Orientation is your information gateway into discovering more about Clackamas County. As part of this program, you will become more familiar with Clackamas County culture, locations, benefits, and much more.
Your supervisor will pre-register you for New Employee Orientation. New Employees are invited to attend within the first two (2) months of employment. You will be notified of the specific date and time of orientation in a follow up letter. This orientation will be broken up into two (2) sessions held on separate days. One will address personnel topics such as County structure, services, policies, diversity, and safety. The other will address benefit topics such as medical, dental, life, disability and wellness programs.
New Employee Orientation/Benefits is held in room 132 on the 1st floor of the Development Services Building located at 150 Beavercreek Road in Oregon City.
