Proposal:  A Conditional Use Permit to create 2,000 feet of new channel in Johnson Creek; restore the floodplain; stabilize the exposed sewer pipe; create approximately 16,500 square feet of new trails, and install fencing. The site borders the Springwater Corridor trail to the northwest, SE Luther Road to the north, and Johnson Creek along the eastern property line.  The site when redeveloped will be open to the public. The conditional use permit is being processed in conjunction with application files Z0523-12-F, Z0524-12-HDA, Z0525-12-HMV, and Z0526-12-CMP.
Location:  Approximately 0.25 miles north of the intersection of Johnson Creek Blvd. and SE 76th Dr.
