Promote Clackamas County's economic vitality by serving on the Economic Development Commission

The Clackamas County Boardof Commissioners (BCC) is seeking up to eight interested citizen volunteers toserve three-year terms on the Economic Development Commission (EDC).

The EDC advises the BCC on a wide range of issues includingbusiness attraction and retention, transportation, workforce andinfrastructure. The county’s economic development plan guides the EDC inits efforts. The plan and other background regarding the EDC can be found atthe business and economic development team website at http://www.clackamas.us/business/edc.html.

The board is committed to balance and diversity of commission membership in theareas of geography, employment, interest, education and experience. Applicantsfrom the business community with demonstrated leadership, commitment orexpertise in business and economic development are encouraged to apply.
