Clackamas County recruits for an applicant on the Enhanced Law Enforcement Service District Budget Committee

Clackamas County Commissioners are recruiting for an applicant to serve one three-year term on the Enhanced Law Enforcement Service District Budget Committee.

The district was formed by voters in the November 1994 general election and became effective July 1, 1995. Its purpose is to increase the level of sheriff's patrols to meet the increased demands of urban Clackamas County.

Applicants for the position must live within the unincorporated area of Clackamas County and within the Enhanced Law Enforcement District. Some background in government or budgeting is preferred.

Application deadline is Thursday, March 13.
