WES Regional Wastewater Treatment Advisory Committee to meet March 25

Clackamas County Water Environment Services (WES) is holding a Regional Wastewater Treatment Advisory Committee meeting on Wednesday, March 25 in Room 115 of the county Development Services Building, 150 Beavercreek Road in Oregon City. This meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m., will be recorded and available online shortly thereafter.

The advisory committee is a coalition of regional partners that focuses efforts on areas of commonality between the Tri-City Service District and Clackamas County Service District No. 1. The committee explores issues such as the potential for capturing the benefits of economies of scale through coinvestment in future infrastructure projects, developing a unified permit strategy, coordinating regulatory compliance efforts, and partnering in efforts to secure grant funding and influence legislation that has the potential to impact both districts.
