Clackamas County Commissioner Tootie Smith at Boring Fire Station on April 1

Clackamas County Commissioner Tootie Smith will appear Wednesday, April 1, at the Boring Fire Station to speak with Boring residents about issues facing the community.

The station is located at 28655 SE Oregon Route 212 (Highway 212) in Boring. Smith will appear from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The meeting will also feature a brief presentation from Clackamas County Fire District No. 1 (unaffiliated with the Clackamas County government).

The event is part of the "Commissioner Corner" series, which features commissioners visiting different parts of the county to discuss local issues. An event description being distributed for Boring residents is as follows:

Clackamas County Commissioner Tootie Smith wants to hear directly from the residents of Boring about any and all issues of concern! This is your chance for face-to-face time to weigh in on the best paths to move the County and Boring forward.

At this "Commissioner Corner," Tootie wants to hear directly about what Clackamas County can do to improve the livelihoods of Boring residents and the operation of Boring businesses. But any issue that is important to you is important to her!

The meeting will also feature a brief presentation from Clackamas County Fire District No. 1 (unaffiliated with the Clackamas County government). Come one, come all!
