Town hall on 'Growing a Vibrant Economy' set for April 21

The Clackamas County Board of Commissioners will hold a town hall on Tuesday, April 21, at Athey Creek Middle School in the Stafford area starting at 6:30 p.m.

All residents, business owners and other stakeholders of Clackamas County are welcome and encouraged to attend. Attendees will be able to voice their opinions and raise concerns directly to Commissioners in a Q&A format.

The theme of this town hall is “Growing a Vibrant Economy.” This is an opportunity for citizens and members of the business community to share their successes and challenges with Commissioners.

This theme is a priority of Performance Clackamas, a strategic plan previously adopted by the county. While the first half of Q&A will center on economic issues, attendees are free to raise questions of any nature related to the county during the second half.

The Stafford town hall is the first of four scheduled in 2015. Later this year, town halls are also set for Milwaukie, Canby and Welches, each to focus on different priorities of Performance Clackamas. More on these points can be found at

Athey Creek Middle School is located at: 2900 SW Borland Road, Tualatin.
