99E - OPERATOR NOW HAS A NEEDLE PROBE THERMOMETER FOR THIN COOKED MEATS. GOOD! OPERATOR SHOWED ME A REVISED MENU THAT SHE MADE UP FOR THE CONSUMER ADVISORY. SHE STATED THAT THE STEAKS, EGGS, AND BURGERS ARE COOKED TO ORDER. SHE HAD THE WORDING ON THE RISK REMINDER AS IS SPELLED OUT IN STATEMENT #2 ON THE VIOLATION TEXT. SHE HAD THE ASTERISKS FOR THE MEAT ITEMS THAT COULD BE UNDERCOOKED AND ON THE SCRAMBLED EGGS/OMLETTES. I TOLD HER SHE COULD TAKE OFF THE ASTERISKS ON THE SCRAMBLED EGGS AND OMLETTES FOR THEY ARE CONSIDERED FULLY COOKED. (UNLESS FOR SOME STRANGE REASON THEY ARE NOT FULLY COOKED.) 0
