3-501.16 - 1. Two different hot holding well units holding cooked chicken below 135 F: One had chicken as low as 98 F. One had chicken as low as 109 F. Both were filled with cooked chicken about 3 and 1/2 hours ago. 2. There were individually portioned noodles wrapped in plastic and placed in the prep top at 45 F to 50F. (not all of them) This issue was observed at the last semi-annual inspection as well. 10
