Pasta dish 41 F, Broth carton 42 (within 2 degree margin allowed), raw fish filet on bottom shelf put there yesterday 36 F, pico de gallo 41, sour cream 41. There was a working container of pork that has been out for prep previous hour for 10 min that was 45-46 F. The PIC corrected this by having it all cooked right away. "Priority" 4-602.11 The food workers in the front at the smoothie station are now sending the blender pitcher to get washed, rinsed, and sanitized every 2 hours. Great!. The food workers in the back kitchen are now storing the in use utensils correctly and sending to wash/rinse/sanitize as needed every 2 hours. 0
