99Z - OPERATOR HAS OBTAINED A NEEDLE PROBE THERMOMETER, AND A QUATS TEST KIT. GOOD. HANDSINKS IN THE BAKERY HAVE BEEN FIXED TO HAVE A HANDSINK IN ALL AREAS NEEDED AND THAT THEY HAVE BOTH HOT AND COLD WATER, SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS. I DISCUSSED THE MENU WITH THE OPERATOR AND THE CONSUMER ADVISORY. OPERATOR HAS STILL NOT DONE THIS YET, BUT WANTED TO WAIT TO DO IT AT THE SAME TIME AS HIS MAJOR MENU REVISION AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR. WE DISCUSSED THE DETAILS NEEDED AND HE AGREED TO FIX IT CORRECTLY. MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS DONE PROMPTLY. 0
