99E - Dishwasher now testing 50-100 ppm residual chlorine. Test strips now provided. The refrigerator out front now holding food 41 F and below in reach in (pico 39, salsa 40). The prep top contents were 42 F to 46 F during this re-inspection. This is too warm. It must have food holding 41 F or below. The sour cream placed in bin early today was discarded and replaced with a new container from below. The pico and salsa at 44 F were kept and the thermostat in the unit was adjusted to colder. Discussed needing lids for the bins. Provide lids that have spoon slots which allow colder holding and keeping serving utensils in product. Adjusing the thermostat on this unit that has been repaired is adequate correction now. Monitor the temperature of these items to remain 41 F and below. 0
