IT LOOKS LIKE IT COULD WORK FOR IT IS LOWER THAN THE ICE MACHINE.. NO ILLEGAL PESTICIDES WERE FOUND. NO ILLEGAL DRINK CONTAINERS IN USE. THE HAND SINK IN THE BACK WAS NOT BLOCKED. OPERATOR REVISED THE MENU. NOW HAS ASTERISKS, AND A RISK REMINDER STATEMENT. NOT QUITE RIGHT, BUT I HAD THE OPERATOR ADD A DISCLOSURE STATEMENT THAT THE SUSHI FISH/SHELLFISH WAS RAW. ALSO, OPERATOR ADDED THE WORD "CONSUMING" TO THE RISK REMINDER STATEMENT. IT IS NOW FIXED AND READY TO PRINT. GO AHEAD AND PRINT WITH THE CORRECTIONS INCLUDED. ALL SINKS FOR HANDWASHING HAD SOAP, PAPER TOWELS, HOT AND COLD WATER. GOOD! 0
3-501.15 - OPERATOR WAS COOLING CHICKEN IN BOWLS PILED HIGH WITH PLASTIC WRAP ON TOP IN THE BACK CORNER COOLER. THE CHICKEN INSIDE WAS AT 98 F FROM TODAY. 3
