IT WAS PUT INTO A CONTAINER WITH ICE IN IT, BUT THE ICE WAS ABOUT 1 INCH LOWER THAN THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER OF COLESLAW (THIS WILL NOT WORK TO KEEP FOOD COLD). THIS COOLER IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY STILL. THE LEFT SIDE LINE INSERT COOLER WAS HOLDING FOODS 41 F TO 51 F. 5
99Z - THE BAR GLASSWASHER WAS FIXED AND IS NOW PUTTING BETWEEN 50-100 PPM FREE CHLORINE IN THE FINAL RINSE. THE HANDSINK IN THE BACK OF THE KITCHEN IS FIXED TO PROVIDE BOTH HOT AND COLD WATER. MANY OF THE REFRIGERATORS HAVE NOT BEEN FIXED FROM THE ROUTINE INSPECTION. INSTEAD THE OPERATOR IS ICING DOWN THE FOOD PRODUCTS. SOME OF THE "ICED DOWN" FOOD PRODUCTS ARE NOT COLD AND FOUND OFF OF TEMPERATURE. FIX ALL COOLERS TO HOLD THE EQUIPMENT AT THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE OR DO NOT USE THEM IN ANY FASHION (WITH OR WITHOUT ICE). REFRIGERATORS ARE NOT WORKING ON THE RECHECK INSPECTION AND THE PHF IS AGAIN FOUND WITHOUT PROPER TEMPERATURE CONTROL, THEN YOUR RESTAURANT MAY BE SUBJECT TO CLOSURE ACTION ON THE SPOT.
