3-501.16 - This recheck inspection was to check the cold holding of the sandwich station. We checked the temperatures together of salami with 2 thermometers. It was 50 F. The servicing of the unit between today's visits did not fix the problem. There are iced hotel pans in the unit that may be upsetting the thermostat. 5
