Which field should I select?
NEW PERMIT: Select this if you are applying for an alarm permit for the first time -- and did not receive a letter from the Sheriff's Office asking you to do so.
Select PERMIT RENEWAL if you are renewing an existing permit. PLEASE do not reapply as a NEW applicant. If you are unsure if you have a permit, or need to obtain your permit number, please call 503-785-5183 for assistance. To gain access to your existing account information you must:
- Have your permit number.
- Enter your alarm location zip code or password that you selected.
- Verify your contact information.
- Reset your SECRET WORD.
- Click "Submit."
- Select payment type if applicable.
APPLICATION REQUEST RECEIVED: Select this if you received a letter from the Sheriff's Office to obtain an alarm permit following an alarm call.
