Brett Mitchell Miller

Brett Mitchell Miller is wanted on multiple charges, including Burglary in the Second Degree and Theft in the First Degree. On November 7, 2004, Miller broke into a youth center and stole several computers. The responding deputy was able to lift several clear fingerprints from the crime scene, which confirmed Miller’s identity.

Miller is 43 years of age. He is white, stands 6-foot-3 and weighs 200 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Maria Magdalena Sanchez

Maria Magdalena Sanchez is wanted on a charge of Escape in the Second Degree. On May 9, 2012, Sanchez was released from the Clackamas County Jail on electronic home detention. On June 6, she returned late to her residence, claiming that she had been at a job interview. Later that evening, she left her home and never returned.

Sanchez is 33 years of age. She is Hispanic, stands 5-foot-2 and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.

Misty Dawn Sidwell

Misty Dawn Sidwell is wanted for Burglary in the First Degree, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and two counts of Identity Theft. On August 6, 2004, Sidwell stole a car and drove to a house south of Oak Grove. She burglarized the home and stole a wallet containing an Oregon ID card, cash and bank documents.

Sidwell is 31 years of age. She is white, stands 5-foot-2 and weighs 120 pounds. She has green eyes and brown-blond hair.

Enriquea Ashley Clark

Enriquea Ashley Clark is wanted on charges of Forgery in the First Degree and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. On December 8, 2007, Clark attempted to pass two forged $20 bills at a business in Happy Valley. An alert clerk noticed the bills were fake and reported the incident to the sheriff’s office.

Clark is 26 years of age. She is African-American, stands 5-foot-7 and weighs 170 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.

Derray Dayvon Hendricks

Derray Dayvon Hendricks is wanted on charges of Escape in the Second Degree and Theft in the Second Degree. On March 5, 2011, Hendricks was released from the Clackamas County Jail on electronic home detention. Six days later, he left his residence and failed to return, taking with him an electronic tracker valued at more than $500.

Hendricks is 34 years of age. He is African-American, stands 5-foot-8 and weighs 145 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Javier Cruz-Mendoza

Javier Cruz-Mendoza is wanted on charges of Assault in the First Degree and Assault in the Second Degree. On February 18, 2007, a fight broke out at a Mollala birthday party. Cruz-Mendoza allegedly pulled a .45 caliber pistol from his waistband and shot one of men involved in the back. The victim survived.

Cruz-Mendoza is 24 years of age. He is Hispanic, stands 5-feet tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Robert Anthony Farrell (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Robert Anthony Farrell is being sought on multiple counts, including Identity Theft and Theft in the First Degree. On July 31, 2012, a local citizen contacted the Sheriff’s Office to report that he was the victim of identity theft. Deputies traced a stolen credit card to a local hotel, where Farrell was staying under a friend’s name. During a search of his room, deputies found more than $10,000 work of knives that had been stolen from Oregon City.

Farrell is 32 years of age. He is white, stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 145 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair.

Bryan Jason Mullen

Bryan Jason Mullen is wanted on charges of Burglary in the First Degree and Theft in the First Degree. On July 12, 2004, a Tualatin resident returned home and discovered that he had been burglarized. He saw Mullen and an accomplice leaving the area in a hurry, and noted the license plate on their vehicle. With that information, deputies were able to identify Mullen as a suspect in this case.

Mullen is 39 years of age. He is white, stands 5-foot-8 and weighs 200 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Ralph Allen Stevenson Jr. (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Ralph Allen Stevenson Jr. is wanted on a count of cocaine possession.

In February 2012, deputies stopped a truck on a traffic violation in Milwaukie. Stevenson was the truck's passenger. A strong marijuana smell led deputies to search the vehicle. Inside, the deputy found a backpack containing Stevenson's paperwork and a false-bottom can containing crack cocaine.

Ralph Stevenson is 42 years old. He is African-American, stands five-foot-seven and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

Crystal Lynn Williams

Crystal Lynn Williams is wanted on a charge of cocaine possession.

In June 2010, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Sunnyside Road in front of Kohl's. Crystal Williams was the passenger. At the time, she was on felony probation for delivery of cocaine. Because she admitted to being in violation of terms of her probation during the traffic stop, deputies searched her person -- and found a baggie containing cocaine.

Crystal Lynn Williams is 42 years old. She is African-American, stands 5-foot-4 and weighs 270 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.

Christopher Edward Gibson

Christopher Edward Gibson is being sought on a charge of Theft in the First Degree. On January 5, 2012, an Oregon City resident returned home to discover that several personal items were missing. She discovered that her adult son, Gibson, had stolen them and sold them at a local pawn shop.

Gibson is 27 years old. He is white, stands 5-foot-10 and weighs 160 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Shawn Adam Kemp

Shawn Adam Kemp is being sought on charges of Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Recklessly Endangering Another Person. On January 27, 2012, Kemp fired a gun inside a Milwaukie residence, in the direction of River Road. Deputies responded and found two hidden handguns, as well as a loaded rifle, at the residence.

Kemp is 31 years old. He is white, stands 6-foot-2 and weighs 165 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Sergey D. Bezhan

Sergey D. Bezhan is wanted on four counts of Identity Theft and one count of Theft in the Second Degree.

Bezhan allegedly stole a woman’s purse while she was shopping at the Clackamas Fred Meyer, then used her credit card to purchase more than $200 worth of merchandise. We believe he may be living in Clark County, Washington.

Bezhan is 24 years old. He is white, stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 175 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Grant Wesley Shenk

Grant Wesley Shenk is wanted on charges of Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Assault in the Second Degree.

In July 2005, Shenk allegedly struck his elderly father in the head with a heavy metal teapot full of water, resulting in a three inch gash. He fled the scene and was arrested by a deputy after being spotted by his brother on SE Harmony Road.

Shenk is 41 years old. He is white, stands 5-foot-6 and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and red hair.

Jeremy Wayne Smith

Jeremy Wayne Smith is being sought on charges of Burglary in the First Degree, Theft in the Third Degree, Identity Theft and Giving False Information to a Police Officer.

In 2003, Smith allegedly gave a false name to a deputy during a traffic stop in Estacada. During a search of the vehicle, deputies found a checkbook, credit cards and other items belonging to the victims of a residential burglary that had occurred in the area.

Smith is 34 years old. He is white, stands 6 feet tall and weighs 300 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Ricky John Sparkman

Ricky John Sparkman is wanted on three counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon.

A deputy stopped Sparkman while driving a motor home in Sandy on Valentine’s Day 2005 after noticing that one of its headlights was out. A subsequent search of Sparkman and his vehicle revealed a marijuana pipe as well as two rifles and a black powder handgun.

Sparkman is 47 years old. He is white, stands 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has hazel eyes and thinning brown-grey hair. 

Marc Anthony Zanini

Marc Anthony Zanini is wanted on charges of Assault and Harassment. Zanini is accused of pushing a family member into a wall during an argument in a Wilsonville residence. The victim's head and shoulder allegedly hit the wall during this act of violence.

Zanini is 24 years old. He is white, stands 5-foot 9 and weighs 145 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Brenda Nahir Ortiz Rodriguez

Brenda Nahir Ortiz Rodriguez is wanted on charges of Assault and Harassment. Rodriguez is accused of bruising and scratching the victim and tearing his clothing during an argument in Wilsonville.

Rodriguez is 27 years old. She is Hispanic, stands 5-foot-1 and weighs 145 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.
 

Jonathan Frank Quesnoy

Jonathan Frank Quesnoy is wanted on charges of Assault and Harassment. He is accused of striking a family member during an argument at a Damascus home. This reportedly caused her to fall and hurt her elbow on a gravel driveway.

Quesnoy is 42 years old. He is white, stands 5-foot-6 and weighs 135 pounds. He has hazel eyes and red hair.

Eric James O'Kelly

Eric James O'Kelly is wanted on charges of Assault, Menacing and Criminal Mischief. O'Kelly is accused of threatening and attacking a relative during an argument at a Milwaukie home. He allegedly pushed her into a bookshelf, hit her on the side of the face, and yanked a Bluetooth headpiece from her ear and broke it. He also allegedly threatened to burn her house down.

O'Kelly is 36 years old. He is white, stands 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.


 

Bud Dennis Paul, Jr.

Bud Dennis Paul, Jr. is wanted on multiple counts of Criminal Nonsupport. He owes more than $27,000 in child-support payments for a 15-year-old living in Clackamas County. He hasn't made a payment since 2007. His last known residence was in Kingman, Arizona and he is known to work as a mechanic

Paul is 49 years old. He is white, stands 5-foot-9 and weighs 140 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Samuel Toh

Samuel Toh is wanted on a charge of Criminal Nonsupport. Toh owes more than $119,000 in combined spousal and child support payments for four children living in Clackamas County. His whereabouts are unknown, but he previously resided in New York and Connecticut, and is an expert in computer graphics.

Toh is 41 years old. He is Asian-American, stands 5-foot-10 and weighs 230 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Lee Marshall Griffeth

Lee Marshall Griffeth is wanted on a charge of Criminal Nonsupport. He owes more than $45,000 in child support for a child living in Clackamas County and has not made a payment since 2009. Griffeth is believed to reside in Hawaii.

Griffeth is 44 years old. He is white, stands 6-foot-3 and weighs 175 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Jamel John Adam Suboh

Jamel John Adam Suboh is wanted on two counts of first-degree Theft and two counts of negotiating a Bad Check.

In December 2010, Suboh wrote two bad checks to Timberline Lodge -- one for 3,560 dollars and 85 cents and another for 500 dollars.

Jamel John Adam Suboh is 37 years old. He is white, stands 5-foot-11 and weighs 190 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Jaime Martinez-Bahena

Jaime Martinez-Bahena is wanted on five counts of Identity Theft. While working at a local car wash, he found five blank checks while cleaning out a customer’s car. Beginning on October 24, 2010, he made the checks out to himself and deposited them in his bank account. ATM security cameras show him making the deposits.

Martinez-Bahena is 39 years of age. He is Hispanic, stands 5-foot-3 and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Jacob Lee Cummins

Jacob Lee Cummins is being sought on a charge of Theft in the First Degree. On November 13 or 14, 2010, Cummins stole an expensive engagement ring from the home of friends he was visiting. He later pawned the ring, providing his Oregon ID at the pawn shop.

Cummins is 29 years of age. He is white, stands 5-foot-11 and weighs 175 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Thomas Marvin Baker

Thomas Marvin Baker is wanted three counts of Theft in the First Degree and one count of Failure to Report as a Sex Offender. Starting on December 28, 2010, Baker allegedly stole a pressure washer and cashed two forged checks belonging to a Milwaukie construction company. During the investigation, the officer discovered that Baker had also failed to report his current address to law enforcement as a registered sex offender.

Baker is 50 years of age. He is white, stands 6-foot-2 and weighs 190 pounds. He has blue eyes and red hair.

Joel Alan Lane

Joel Alan Lane is wanted on charges of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Assault in the Fourth Degree Constituting Domestic Violence, and Harassment. On January 13, 2011, Lane attacked his girlfriend inside her Milwaukie home before stealing her car — a green 1994 GMC Jimmy — and her dog, a miniature dachshund. The dog, and the truck, were recovered the following day.

Lane is 49 years of age. He is white, stands 5-foot and weighs 180 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Adrian Ciornei

Wanted for: Rape I, Sex Abuse I and Unlawful Sexual Penetration

Hair: Grey

Last Known Address: 3441 SE 111th Ave. #2, Portland, Oregon

Details: Adrian Ciornei was set to appear before a Clackamas County Circuit Court judge on charges of child sex-abuse. He was first arrested in October 2007 on these criminal charges. Ciornei posted bail amounts in both Washington County and Clackamas County totaling $150,000.

Ciornei, who emigrated legally to the United States from Romania, was earning a substantial living in the U.S. as an adult foster-care provider.

Sheriff's Office Detectives learned that Ciornei, pending trial, had departed from his residence on Monday, March 17, 2008; he has not been seen or heard from since.

Ciornei has reportedly made statements indicating he was going to flee the United States and return to his native Romania. Ciornei previously surrendered his passport to authorities; however, he may be planning to fraudulently obtain an additional passport -- under a false name -- to facilitate his departure from the U.S.

Leonard Weston Ramey

Wanted for: Multiple counts including racketeering, laundering a monetary instrument, engaging in a financial transaction in property derived from unlawful activity, selling securities without a license, security fraud, and aggravated theft in the first degree.

Details: Leonard Weston Ramey is an alleged master at utilizing a Ponzi scheme in which he uses an assumed name and fictitious occupation. Ramey has been known to befriend his victims and offers them the expectation that he can increase their financial status through investments in the stock market using his fake company. Ramey then generates letters containing account statements and index updates which indicate substantial profits relating to each victim's individual investments. Ramey is known to research the market, and his letters and index updates tend to reflect current market trends. These schemes generally continue until the victim either requests a withdrawal of a large amount of money from the investment or requests tax forms for income tax filings.

Details: In 2000, Cindy Jacobs was serving time on probation violations,and was sent to treatment January of that year -- then left the treatment facility shortly thereafter. She was immediately placed on Escape status, and owes time to Clackamas County.

Bernabe Garcia-Chavez

Wanted for: Two counts of Rape in the Second Degree

Details: Between 06-10-2007 and 06-11-2007, Barnabe Garcia-Chavez had sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old female. His whereabouts are unknown at this time. Mr. Garcia-Chavez was last known to be driving a white Toyota Camry with Oregon license plates WUL-870.

Details: On 6-14-00, Jimmy Julius Karow was indicted by a Clackamas County Grand Jury on charges on two counts of Sexual Abuse I -- from a case involving a 9-year-old female victim. A warrant for his arrest was issued on 7-7-00. Subsequent checks at Mr. Karow's address indicated that he had moved to an unknown location.

Randy Lynn Diers

Wanted for: Unauthorized Departure and Escape in the Second Degree

Last Known Address: Washington State

Details: In February 2003, Mr. Diers was serving 6 months on probation violations when he went to work release -- and left the facility and did not return. He was immediately placed on Escape status.

Gary James Husbands

Last Known Address: 10701 SE Hwy 212, Space X-2, Clackamas

Details: Gary James Husbands came to the attention of the CCSO Child Abuse Team in the fall of 2004 -- after he was terminated from employment as an information technology technician for having questionable materials on a computer. The employer called CCSO and reported possible child pornography.

Detectives executed a search warrant at Husbands' residence and seized computers and hard drives -- and a forensic exam revealed hundreds of pornographic images. A case was submitted to the Clackamas County DA for Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse II.

In February 2005, Husbands turned himself on warrants for six counts of the crime. Husbands was released from the jail on his own recognizance -- and then failed to make his court appearance on 03-10-05. The court issued a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse II.

Husbands is believed to have fled to the Philippines, where he has a wife. However, it is possible that Husbands is still in the Portland area. He let his residence be repossessed by the financial institution, and left no forwarding address.

Anthony Manuel Ambriz (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Anthony Manuel Ambriz is wanted on charges of Possession and Delivery of Methamphetamine. On October 6, 1012, a deputy noticed a vehicle driving erratically along McLoughlin Boulevard. After making a traffic stop, the deputy found that the passenger, Ambriz, was carrying a large quantity of methamphetamine, packaged for re-sale.

Ambriz is 54 years of age. He is Hispanic, stands 5-foot-9 and weighs 190 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Lucas Mclaine Calder (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Lucas Mclaine Calder is being sought on multiple counts, including Theft in the First Degree and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. On October 14, 2012, Calder contacted a woman in in Clackamas about purchasing her motorhome. He gave her a wad of bills that included only one-tenth of the agreed price, then drove off with it before she could count the money.

Calder is 33 years of age. He is white, stands 5-foot-9 and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

Deserae Renee Wendell (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Deserae Renee Wendell is wanted on two counts of Mail Theft. On August 15, 2012, a 12-year-old boy living in Estacada witnessed Wendell stealing mail from his family’s mail box. He was able to ID Wendell for deputies. He also provided an accurate description of her vehicle and even wrote down the license plate number.

Wendell is 31 years of age. She is white, stands 5-foot-5 and weighs 120 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair.

Kaila Marie Courtain (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Kaila Marie Courtain is wanted on multiple counts, including Attempted Burglary in the First Degree, Burglary in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the First Degree and other crimes. On May 5, 2012, a local resident arrived at his home on Highway 212 and discovered Courtain sitting inside a vehicle on his property. She ran off when he said he was calling the police. When deputies arrived, they discovered that she had broken into several other vehicles on the property, as well as attempting to break into the man’s home.

Courtain is 24 years old. She is white, stands 5-foot and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and red hair.

Michael Alan Evers (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Michael Alan Evers is being sought on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine. On July 12, 2012, a deputy noticed Evers driving erratically along Highway 213 and initiated a traffic stop. While approaching the vehicle, the deputy noticed a strong odor of marijuana. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed marijuana and methamphetamine.

Evers is 49 years old. He is white, stands 5-foot-10 and weighs 205 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Jose Santos Camacho Rivera (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Jose Santos Camacho Rivera is being sought on charges of Criminal Possession of Rented Personal Property and Theft in the First Degree. In April 2012, Rivera defaulted on a rental agreement for a 60-inch Sharp television. The store where he rented the TV attempted to contact him to return it, but he never responded.

Rivera is 35 years old. He is Hispanic, stands 5-foot-2 and weighs 134 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Alicia Dawn Carver (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Alicia Dawn Carver is wanted on charges of Possession and Delivery of Methamphetamine. On October 6, 2012, a deputy noticed Carver driving erratically along McLoughlin Boulevard. After making a traffic stop, the deputy found Carver and her passenger were in possession of a large quantity of methamphetamine, as well as supplies for packaging it for re-sale and other drug paraphernalia.

Carver is 21 years of age. She is white, stands 5-foot-1 and weighs 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and blond hair.

Willie Ray Crossley, Jr. (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Willie Ray Crossley, Jr., is being sought on a charge of Assault in the First Degree. On February 27, 2012, Crossley assaulted a friend who was visiting him from South Carolina. He struck the victim on the head with a sock full of small, heavy objects — possibly rocks — and fled into a nearby wooded area. A dog team found a sweatshirt that Crossley was wearing, but he managed to escape.

Crossley is 31 years of age. He is black, stands 6-foot-4 and weighs 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Andrea Julia Niquette (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Andrea Julia Niquette is wanted on charges including Unlawful Possession of Heroin and Supplying Contraband. On July 20, 2012, the security staff at Clackamas Town Center contacted emergency dispatch to report two intoxicated persons on mall property. A responding deputy confirmed that one of them, Niquette, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest and discovered heroin while searching her bag.

Niquette is 31 years of age. She is white, stands 5-foot-2 and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.

Isaiah Andrew Wake (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Isaiah Andrew Wake is wanted on charges of Unlawful Possession of Heroin and Theft in the Third Degree. On August 11, 2012, loss prevention officers at a local store took Wake into custody after observing him stealing merchandise. During a subsequent search of his personal property, the responding deputy found heroin and drug paraphernalia.

Wake is 21 years of age. He is white, stands 5-foot-11 and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

Clifton Arthur Chambers (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Clifton Arthur Chambers is wanted on counts of second-degree theft and Unlawful Possession of Heroin and Cocaine.

In October 2011, Chambers was detained by Loss Prevention Officers at Clackamas Town Center as a suspected shoplifter. Deputies searched his bag and found needles, cocaine and heroin.

Ricky Wulf Howell (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Ricky Wulf Howell is wanted on one count of Identity Theft and one count of second-degree Forgery.

In October 2011, Howell allegedly attempted to have a stolen check cashed at a Bank of America in Wilsonville. During a search of Howell's vehicle, deputies found stolen checks and identity information related to the check owner.

Ricky Howell is 41 years old. He is white, stands 6-foot and weighs 175 pounds. He has blue eyes and blond hair.

Chi Yong Ko (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Chi Yong Ko is being sought on multiple counts that include Burglary, Theft and Forgery. In October 2011, Ko broke into the home of long-time family friend and stole four checks, which he forged in order to steal more than $2,500.

Ko is 56 years old. He is Asian-American, stands 5-foot-7 and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Janice Yost (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Janice Yost is being sought on two counts of Aggravated Theft in the First Degree and five counts of Criminal Mistreatment. Yost had power of attorney over her aged aunt. In 2008, used that authority to transfer more than $35,000 from her aunt’s bank account to her own, paying for restaurant meals, pet supplies, furniture and other goods.

Yost is 75 years old. She is white, stands 5-foot-6 and weighs 150 pounds. She has green eyes and white hair.

Dan Ristick (ARRESTED)

ARRESTED: Dan Ristick is being sought on one count of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and two counts of Identity Theft.

In 2003, Ristick allegedly swindled a Milwaukie couple out of a car they were trying to sell. Using a the name “Mick Medlow,” he convinced them to sign the title before handing over payment, then failed to return after taking the car for a test drive.

Ristick is 34 years old. He is white, stands 5-foot-9 and weighs 205 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
