2016 Northwest Peer Support Conference

'Serving Those Who Serve' • Feb. 9-12, 2016

Sponsored by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office
and the Oregon Law Enforcement Memorial Trust Fund

About the Conference

The Northwest Peer Support Conference -- hosted by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office -- is a bi-annual training designed to educate members of public-safety peer-support teams in a variety of crisis-related issues — as well as providing guidance for those interested in starting a peer-support team.

Attendees include public-safety employees, first responders, clergy, and mental-health professionals involved in the emergency-responder community

Our theme, “Serving Those Who Serve,” reminds us to promote the health and well-being of our emergency responder communities by providing confidential support and assistance to our peers and their families when they are experiencing emotional distress due to critical
work-related or personal events.
