On Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012 at approximately 6 p.m., Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the Altramar Mobile Home Park at 4400 SE Roethe Rd #32, Milwaukie OR, to a report of a man with a gunshot wound.
Neighbors had called 911 to report a man calling out for medical assistance from inside his trailer.
Deputies arrived to find Terry Lee Daniel, age 60, with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest. AMR transported Mr. Daniel to OHSU for his injuries.
Deputies also found Lisa S. Haynes, age 55, inside the trailer, deceased from an apparent gunshot wound to the chest.
Both subjects live at the residence. A pistol was recovered from the scene. There are not any suspects at large.
Sheriff’s Office detectives secured the scene and conducted an investigation with the assistance of the Oregon State Police crime lab.
This investigation is continuing, and no further details can be released at this time.
