Sheriff's Office detectives arrest suspect in 1990 murder of Tustin, CA woman

On Wednesday, January 9, 2013 Clackamas County Sheriff's Office detectives assisted detectives from the Tustin Police Department in locating and apprehending murder suspect Charles Lee Clark.
Charles Clark -- age 74, of Beavercreek, Oregon -- had an active warrant issued January 7, 2013 from the Orange County District Court for his arrest related to the cold-case murder of Kathleen Witkowski -- age 36 at time of her death -- in Tustin, California in 1990.
Clark is currently being held in Clackamas County Jail awaiting extradition to the Orange County Jail in California.
