On Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013, detectives from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office arrested 30-year-old Jacob Wayne Harms of Damascus on 26 counts of Unlawful Sexual Penetration II, Sex Abuse III, Sodomy III, Encouraging Child Sex Abuse I, and Using a Child in Sex Display. He was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail, and is currently being held on $1,735,000 bail. His full booking info is here.

Detectives are seeking the public's help to find possible additional victims.

The crimes are alleged to have occurred over a two-year period in unincorporated Clackamas County, in the area of Damascus -- during which time Jacob Harms was renting a room in the home where the 16-year-old female victim was also living.

There is no familial relation between the victim and the suspect.

Based on photos of other juvenile females -- located by investigators while serving a search warrant at Jacob Harms' residence -- it is believed there may be other victims.
